What is Seashine Financial?


As the primary operating business of the Seashine Capital portfolio of companies, Seashine Financial delivers a robust capability to design, develop and deploy innovative and responsible non-bank products that link the needs of consumers with investor capital.


What is REAL?

REAL is an institutional lease-to-own product that combines the positive features of a residential mortgage with aspects of single-family rentals to provide its customers a practical path to homeownership, and its investors a viable method to participate in an up-and-coming asset class.

Requirements & Scope

Business Use Case & Priority

The current REAL Program Application does not consist of the key aspects the business would prefer to offer applicants when applying for REAL. Therefore a new application method was created to deliver a more favorable user experience that was advantageous in garnering all necessary information to generate the Automated Evaluation Process in regards to the application decision.

Supported Business Process

Currently, applicants are required to complete this application that contains the following information:

Feature Description

The new application setup allows the user to do the following:

  1. Complete “Next Steps” Section or they can be sent a link by a Program Advisor from Quantum
  2. Choose US Tax ID number type (if any)
  3. Enter U.S Tax Filing Number (if applicable) NOTE: Foreign customers don’t have a US Tax ID number
  4. Select Photo ID Type & Provide Images
  5. Provide Selfie for Facial Recognition
  6. Enter Preferred Name
  7. Pay FeeActivity Page - store all events and activity

Due to time constraints, high fidelity mockups were provided to the client, but did not include professional marketing language, so that the company could continue to experiment to determine the best verbiage going forward
